A growing full-service litigation firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join an expanding team.

- Independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and work directly with clients and carriers
- Take and defend depositions (parties, experts, witnesses)
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations
- Prepare matters for trial (trial experience welcomed, not required)
- Mentor and help guide junior attorneys
- Collaborate with a collegial, team-oriented litigation group
- 5+years of civil litigation experience
- Proven ability to run a file independently
- Strong skills in:
- Depositions
- Motion practice
- Discovery and case strategy
- Experience in areas such as:
- Premises liability
- Personal injury
- General liability
- Employment or business litigation
- Active California Bar license (in good standing)
Compensation & Bonus
- Base Salary: $155K-$250K
- Billable Bonus:
- Target = 1600 hours
- Tiered bonus starting at +50 hours (increases every 50 hrs)
- Origination Bonus (10%)
- Credit for all business you bring in-even if you don't work it
- Significant upside (top performers earning up to ~$400K+ total comp)
- Additional discretionary bonuses
