A growing full-service litigation firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join an expanding team.

• Independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients and carriers
• Take and defend depositions (parties, experts, witnesses)
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations
• Prepare matters for trial (trial experience welcomed, not required)
• Mentor and help guide junior attorneys
• Collaborate with a collegial, team-oriented litigation group

• 5+years of civil litigation experience
• Proven ability to run a file independently
• Strong skills in:
  • Depositions
  • Motion practice
  • Discovery and case strategy
• Experience in areas such as:
  • Premises liability
  • Personal injury
  • General liability
  • Employment or business litigation
• Active California Bar license (in good standing)

Compensation & Bonus

• Base Salary: $155K-$250K
• Billable Bonus:
  • Target = 1600 hours
  • Tiered bonus starting at +50 hours (increases every 50 hrs)
• Origination Bonus (10%)
  • Credit for all business you bring in-even if you don't work it
  • Significant upside (top performers earning up to ~$400K+ total comp)
• Additional discretionary bonuses
